Returns – Cancellation Policy

Money Back Guarantee (within 7 days)

You have the right to a refund as long as you return your package in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The returned products must be undamaged.

During this period, the guarantee of the return of the package is complete: no justification is required. For each item returned, the following applies:

  • The package was returned unopened: refund of the purchase price.
  • The product is returned only because you are not satisfied: a refund of the purchase price, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
  • The product is returned for a reason due to the Company: refund of the purchase price and possibly the shipping costs.

Prices

Prices include 24% VAT and exclude shipping costs. VAT applies in all countries of the European Union.

Prices may change at any time without notice, the charge is based on the current price list on the date of the order.

Product Delivery Policy

Processing time of your order

We process your orders in the shortest possible time from Monday to Friday.

Shipments are made within 48 hours of receipt of payment of your order, except in exceptional circumstances and holiday periods.

Your order is delivered within 1-3 working days in Attica, 4 working days in the rest of Greece and inaccessible areas, with a partner courier company, unless there are problems in the postal delivery services. In this case the Company is not responsible for the delays.

Transportation and Delivery

The customer-buyer therefore agrees to accept all risks, including those related to transport, except in the case of transport of goods provided by the seller.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to communicate, if applicable, the usual reservations before taking delivery. In the absence of the Buyer’s instructions for transport, the Seller reserves the right to deliver the goods as best he can, without any liability.

If the seller is unable to deliver the products ordered to the customer-buyer due to lack of sufficient means of access, the seller can in no way be held liable, unless expressly instructed to do so at the time of ordering.

Differences

This contract is subject to Greek law. Our company cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, material or immaterial, that may result from misuse of the products sold. The company’s liability is limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur, despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer may, before taking any legal action, seek a conciliation solution with the help of a professional association in the sector, a consumer association or any other advocate of his choice.

Claims or disagreements will always be listened to with care and friendliness, good faith always being presumed for those who have taken the trouble to explain their problem. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact the Company in order to reach a compromise solution.

Otherwise, the judiciary has exclusive jurisdiction to decide the case, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment.
